  1. Apologies for the delay in responding. I really appreciate your efforts Doug in helping me. So short answer is I’ve just done a reset and it seems to be working. Before the reset i did a double check and it was faulty still. Since the reset I can’t get it to repeat the same issue. Touchwood this isn’t temporary because sometimes the fault doesn’t happen immediately. But I’ve done all my usual tests that trigger the fault and so far nothing. Thanks for your help also videosoul - I tried auto nd and the fault still happened. Bokeh control was off and i tried iris on auto and manual and it still happened. I’m on the latest firmware also. Hopefully all is well now. Thanks again.
  2. Thanks very much. Everything is set to manual but I’ve attached a video. As you can see the variable nd numbers are moving but the image isn’t changing. It was adjusting the image/exposure when I first turned the camera on. IMG_4787.mov
  3. Hi, my first time posting and was looking for some help. I thought I’d try out a few shooting modes that are new to me but seem to have come across an issue. I’ve turned the camera to 4k/CineEI/S&Q mode (100 fps/25p). Everything seemed fine at first, I was doing some tests but after a few mins the VND stops working. On the camera’s screen the VND numbers are changing but it has no effect on the image. I turn the camera off and on again and it works again but then stops again after a while. I've tried various tests with some of the above settings on or off and it all seems to work ok except when I turn on S&Q. I’m presuming this isn’t right but would appreciate anyone’s thoughts on this. Thanks
